Perfect Flaky Pie crust Recipe

Found this lovely recipe on Robin Hood baking Centre, tried it out and it was amazing. Though i changed a few thing in it to suit my need. Give it a try you will love it.
Perfect Flaky Pie crust Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tspsalt
3/4 cup well-chilled
4-8 tbsp ice cold water

Method:
  1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Cut chilled butter into tiny cubes.  Work in cubes into flour mixture, using a fork or blender, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Gradually Sprinkle ice cold water over the flour mixture, 1 tbsp at a time. Using fork, stir to distribute moisture evenly into flour. Continue adding more water, until dough is able to hold together when pressed.

  5. Divide dough in two balls, Using rolling pin, flatten balls into 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick round. Wrap dough in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day to set.
  6. Roll dough on a lightly floured work surface to a circle 2-inches wider than pie plate for the bottom crust. Transfer dough to pie plate by gently lifting the dough from edges into the plate.
  7. "Fill unbaked pie crust according to recipe directions". Roll out the remaining dough in the same manner, then 'transfer dough carefully onto filled pie. Trim edges of dough leaving a 3/4-inch (2 cm) overhang. Fold top edge under bottom crust. Press edges together with finger or fork to seal and flute as desired. Cut slits in top crust or prick with fork to vent steam. Bake according to specific recipe directions'.
